On the Home page, press Register Free and follow the instructions

When you register free you can :

· Record store and share your Lifelog profile forever
· Invite your Family and Friends to contribute to your Lifelog profile
· Update your Lifelog profile at anytime
· Approve all contributions to your Lifelog profile
· Create your Ancestors Lifelog profile
· Read message boards
· Search by name
· Search by text
· Read other members Lifelog profiles
· Leave your priceless legacy


If I want to Upgrade what do I do? top

On your “My Profile” page click on Member Benefits option and find out how easy it is to upgrade to Classic Member. For a small annual fee, yourlifelog recommends upgrading to Classic membership to enjoy unlimited access to all the benefits of the yourlifelog service such as:

· Upload a photograph to your Lifelog
· Upload a photograph and other multimedia files to My Gallery
· View other members Galleries
· Contact other members
· Send messages to other members
· Read messages from other members
· Contribute to members Lifelog profiles
· Post messages on message boards

If I upgrade and pay by credit card, is it safe and secure? top

Yes, we use Paypal for safe and secure transactions. .All personal information is encrypted and not available to yourlifelog. Please read Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy for more details.

What should I do if I delete the activation Email? top

Contact us immediately and yourlifelog will arrange for activation subject to standard security checks.


What should I do regarding abuse on the site? top

Contact the Abuse Manager at abuse@yourlifelog.co.uk immediately. yourlifelog operates a zero tolerance policy regarding abuse and we will investigate any abuse immediately. Your concerns are our concerns.

Is my Email Address available to users? top

No, yourlifelog takes your confidentiality very seriously and your address is not passed on. Please read Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy for more details..

Why don't I receive any Emails from yourlifelog? top

The most common reason for this is because your Email Client hasn't been updated and our emails are captured by your Junk or Spam filter. If you already have updated your Email Client to include info@yourlifelog.co.uk and you are still not receiving our emails, please contact us at support@yourlifelog.co.uk

How do I upload a file type you currently don't appear to support? top

If you have a file type that you can't upload to yourlifelog, please contact us at support@yourlifelog.co.uk and we will investigate.

After I have signed in I receive an error message stating that I'm not signed in. Why? top

We use cookies solely for login and session information and it could be possible that your browser is not configured to accept cookies. Please check your browser and ensure that it is configured to accept cookies. For help to configure your browser, please click here.

AOL users - For reasons beyond our control, some elements of yourlifelog.co.uk are not compatible with the AOL browser. To rectify this, once you have connected to the internet, minimise your AOL browser and launch an alternative browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape, which should be already installed as standard. You will find either of these within your programs list from the start menu.

When I try and sign in, my details are not recognised - why? top

After you registered with yourlifelog you will have been sent an email to validate your email address and activate your profile. If you have not seen this email, it may have been delivered to your spam or junk folder. Please check these folders for the activation email and follow the simple instructions. To ensure our emails are delivered to your inbox, please update your address book to include info@yourlifelog.co.uk. If you still have any problems signing in, please contact us at support@yourlifelog.co.uk.
